One of the biggest flaws with other products on the market is the inability to adjust castor. The introduction of our Wizard Flex Pro arm means it can be easily adjusted to suit any lift height from standard to 7" by simply swapping a keyed castor token and precision-machined push shim! This means that you can have the combined strength and stability of a Hybrid Long arm with the flex and on-car castor adjustability of a PSR 5 link! This is all made possible by using a beautifully machined CNC billet plate that incorporates a keyed seat for the interchangeable castor token to allow for the adjustment.

The versatility of this combination is unmatched, with the ability to purchase the system as either a Wizard Flex or Wizard Flex Pro and alter the setup to suit changes in suspension or driving styles. If you've built your rig for touring but you decide to head out to a more hardcore location and want to maximise your flex, a Wizard Flex Pro arm and CNC Billet plate can be purchased to turn the Wizard Flex kit into the Wizard Flex Pro and transform your vehicle into the ultimate 4WD. Our Wizard Flex Pro kit can be converted to a Wizard Flex Hybrid kit by purchasing a Hybrid Long arm and swapping out the drivers' side arm.

Manufactured from 32mm flame cut high strength plate, our range of Wizard Flex Radius Arm products are designed for anything you can throw at them and are covered by our NO BEND GUARANTEE*. This kit combines our innovative features of the PSR Hybrid Long Arm kit with the improved articulation of our Wizard Flex Pro arm to give you similar flex found in our 5-Link kit, while also retaining great road manners for the touring rig or vehicle that isn't solely used off-road.

The redesigned front bush on the arm allows for a huge reduction in bush bind, this paired with a Genuine Toyota bush at the rear vastly reduces restriction caused during articulation and will greatly extend bush life for more flex without a huge sacrifice of on road stability. Our Wizard Flex Pro arms also feature CNC machined billet mounting plates, giving you ultimate strength whilst being very aesthetically pleasing. Arms are all pre-drilled to allow the sway bar D mounts to be re-installed, however a sway bar bolt kit will need to be selected to do so. P clamps can also be provided to retain ABS when optioned.

A super heavy duty 12mm thick gearbox X-member is supplied which offers higher clearance and reduced catch points compared to the factory X-member. All components are manufactured using strict welding certification practices and are powder coated black for a stealth look.
